3 week old chick

I recently acquired some chicks, a few Rhode Island Reds and some black chicks. But this one is not like the others. They are a little over two weeks old. Can anyone tell me what kind of chicken this might be? And why aren't its wing feathers growing in like the other chicks? Any help is appreciated.

No idea on breed but some do grow thier feathers slower then others

give it time to feather out. Then, we can figure out what it is based upon its plumage.

Are you sure on the age of that one? It look far younger than 2 weeks to me. 1 week tops. If your sure its 2 weeks then its getting bullied out of the feed and not getting enough.

It is the biggest chick I have. They are all supposed to be 2 weeks, so I thought it would be older, or a larger breed maybe.
