3 week old Cream Legbar chick: pullet or cockerel?

Hi all- I received this fluff from a neighbor and she stated that it is a pullet. I don’t have enough experience with Cream Legbar chicks to agree/disagree. I do have a lovely 5 year old CLB hen in my adult coop but got her at a year old. What do you think: pullet or cockerel? Could it be too early even for a auto sexing breed?

Doesn't have much of a comb for a 3 week old legbar cockerel but that pattern looks more cockerel then pullet.

The coloring also looks male to me.

Male. I kind of doubt he's a pure Legbar from his coloring, but they can be variable.
