3 week old duckling stuck on his back???

three times in the last 2 weeks I have found my duck stuck on his back! He cant seem to turn himself back over. What does this mean? Is there anything I can do about it? He doesnt appear to have any other issues, he is eatting drinking and moves around fine. I just dont understand how or why he ends up getting suck on his back.
