3 week old Leghorn. Rooster?

I have one Ancona and my Mother has 2 that are about 13 weeks old or so. They all three have ALWAYS made us think they were boys. I have trouble believing all three sexed pullets of one breed would end up male so I think they are just a difficult one to sex.

Plus, the older they get the more I THINK they may be female after all.
