Hi everyone. I know it might be too early but just wondering your thoughts on these babies?
First is the pekin babies.. Some bigger combs already on 2 of them.
Next are the 4 Barred Plymouth Rock Chicks. 2 have very defined head spots, but different feathering.
Pic #1 has more black feathering than others. A small round head spot.
Pic #2 more of a smeared head spot but thicker black in feathers (not as much as chick #1 though) And Pic #3 has more whitish areas on it's body and a smeared head spot, even barring on wings.
And pic #4 confuses me. Feather markings are all even barring but small head spot.
Sorry not the best pics as these chicks are with mum and she attacks me if I go near them. PLus they are out in the coop lol All have same sized yellow combs.
I also have some polish chicks & one wyandotte bantam but no point in trying with those yet.
Pic below just for fun. Such inquisitive and friendly little chickens these are
Thankyou!
