3-week old quail's eye shut, what can I do?

One of our white jumbo coturnix quail has an swollen eye. What can I do to treat it? None of the other quails seem to be having any issues.

It's possible that the quail got pecked or got something in the eye. I would start with a saline solution rinse to make sure it's clean and to see if you can get a better look at what's going on.
