3 week old RIR peeping loudly

I am not sure what's going on with them. They seem happy just excited. They have clean water, food and it's plenty warm. They don't sound scared. We went outside and played for about 10 mins. Ever since we came back in they just seem restless. A storm is blowing through right now and I'm not sure if maybe that has them wound up. Could something be wrong? They calm down if I talk to them. Any thoughts

I keep Rhode Island Reds, they are so sweet and will always be a friend. I have noticed though that once they are free to roam they do not like to be cooped up at all. Once they get a taste of freedom there is no turning back.
