3 week old turkey strutting?

My one baby started strutting today. Dragging wings, tail feather (fringe) up and coming up behind other little ones in mounting position. Does this indicate a male?
 
Both sexes can strut, but males can hold it almost all day. Hens can but not as long. The only tale-tell way is a gobbler or an egg!
