3 weeks old, breed?

This little guy/gal is only 3 weeks old - any guesses on breed? Also is it normal for a 3 week old chicks comb/waddles to be so red? Its "supposed" to be a girl

Need more pictures to determine breed, but I believe you have a Red Sex Link pullet.

I’d wait for the chick to feather in some more and repost pictures when it’s 8 weeks old.

I think it is a cockerel. Looks like a red sex link.

completely changed what this is saying, as I accidentally responded to the wrong one. Too many tabs open, I guess. lol


but I agree with @Brahma Chicken5000 on this. The comb says cockerel, but so far the feathering says female, along with the down color, if its a red sex link. Give it some time and revisit this one.
