This happened to one or two of mine when there were red mites. In my case, my standard proactive treatment of DE wasn't working and with all the rain etc, they got in my coop and it took 3 weeks to get them out. I used pyganic and it worked very well, once I found that product. No, and no sign of bumble. She had a tiny pebble stuck between toes which we removed— thought that was the problem but she still won’t go up.
During that time, a few hens were not going up on the roosts. I do think, even though they looked normal, that they were probably anemic. I am not sure how long they take to recover from that. Perhaps try a ladder to help her in the mean time?
