Hello.
we have 4 hens 3 barred and 1 white Orp.
we have had them a lil over 3 years. We love them so much. In the past few days we have a hen that feels thin in the Brest plate area hardly nothing in crop and hard like abdomen and can feel some I would say egg shaped objects that I can slight move but our hen does show some discomfort while doing so. so we have had her inside and eating her layer feed plus some extras apples Fruits and ac water. And suggestions or talk will help. Belly does not seem bloated with fluid. Thank you

What are her appetite levels? Can you try and weight her either on a kitchen scale or weight yourself then weight yourself with your chicken to figure out her weight. Is there bruising on her breast bone? Bruising will look like purple skin. @Wyorp Rock should be able to help as I was in a very similar situation with my hen the other day and they were very helpful

She wants to eat a lot like I can’t feed her and enough. Drinks just as much and then poops the liquid poop. Then repeat. She will lay down and eat as well. With the dish in front of her. She is the lightest of all the hens. Fragile like. She weights. 3.12 pounds kitchen scale.
she will let me move and pet her although picking her up or massaging her belly she does not like it seems like it hurts her. I can feel some hardness in her lower left abdomen feels like eggs. I can slightly move them But she does not like it. She has not laid eggs in prob over a year.

Welcome To BYC!

I'm sorry to hear your hen is not well.

Sadly it sounds like she's suffering from a reproductive disorder if you are feeling hardness in the abdomen and what feels like eggs that you can move around.
If she's able to eat/drink on her own, move around and is not getting picked on, then if she were mine I would put her back with the flock. Taking her aside every day to evaluate how she's doing and see that she's is eating. Make sure her crop is emptying overnight too and regularly check for lice/mites.

I'm sorry that I don't sound too positive, but often all you can do is provide supportive care and once they decline more, then kindly put them down. It hurts the heart for sure.
To find out more what's going on, if you lose her, then investigating further can give more information. Some send the body to their state lab and some do like I do and perform an informal necropsy at home to see if I find anything obvious. Some birds, I bury just because that's the way I feel.

I wish I had better answers for you and hopefully others will chime in with a more positive outlook.
Keep us posted on how she's doing.
