30 degrees F to cold?

I know that you cant hatch eggs out of the fridge. But can you hatch eggs that been outside in the cold?
 
Yup, if they haven't frozen. No doubt depends how long they were cold, and isn't ideal, of course.
 
From what I've read on here, you can still hatch eggs that have been refridgerated. People get fertilized eggs from grocery stores and hatch them.
 
Glad to find this post. My free rangers have been giving me 3 or 4 eggs a day but they are quite cool when I get home to collect them. Not frozen, just cold. I'm up to 20+ eggs right now and hoping to drop around 40 into the incubator on Monday.
