30% protein to high-Meat chickens

I'm new to chickens and we have Cornish x chickens on purina startena and life lytes. They are about 20 days old and only have about 3 days supply left of life lytes so was thinking about going to regular water. 3 of the chickens are sneezing but nothing in the nose or eyes. I change the bedding daily to keep bedding dry. Should I try and put vinegar in the water? Also, should I take them off purina startena protein is 30% what I have seen is 21% is what most people have them on. I have half of 50lb bag left so wanted to finish them on this if possible. They just seem a lot bigger than some of the pictures I have seen.

Never heard of life lytes. I just give mine regular water. As for feed, I tend to just feed regular chick starter which I think was 24% protein when I last looked. Go ahead and finish up what you have.
