30 turkey eggs later and still no fertile eggs

my turkey hen and cock have been together all the time and the hen has laid over 30 eggs which ive put hatching under hens and some in incubators but not one has been fertile. ive tried mating the hen with differnt cocks and vice versa but no joy.Any ideas what could be the prob? thanks, (first time user)

she's a young one? She is the one who lets the tom mate so maybe she just hasn't figured it out yet. There is a turkey forum and this year one person never did get a good egg from her young hen maybe this fall....I'm hoping mine get it figured out by spring because I'm tired of trying to hatch shipped eggs.
