Personally, I use SolidWorks. I find it to be fairly intuitive and good at doing certain operations like assemblies quickly and without much prior knowledge. I've used SketchUp as well though I never got fully comfortable with its interface.

I see, I see. I recommend getting AutoDesk Sketchbook

No problem, I just wanted to to make a 3D model of the new coop i’m building to make sure everything looks right before i do it!
