4.5 week old EE chick walking with head down? Help!!!!!

Ive got 6 chicks 4 ee, 1 polish and 1 frizzle. Its 74 today so i put them out in their mini coop for the day then i put them back in their crate with heat at night. Today i notice one of my ee chicks is keeping her head down like shes looking under herself. What could be wrong and what do i do?

Should i try adding nutri drench to their water?

Probably a vitamin deficiency. Add some multi-vitamins to the water ASAP.

I put her back in the crate alone and fed her .3ml of nutri-drench by syringe. I wasnt sure of her weight. I also added some to her drinking water. Is this a once a day dosage? It doesnt say on the bottle.

What else can I feed her or give her? I read tumeric but i don't ave any. Should I make her some scrambled eggs?

Scrambled eggs certainly won't hurt.

How often do i feed the nutri drench?

Just add it daily to the water, after the first direct dose. If it's a vitamin deficiency, she should start showing improvement after about 12 hours.
