I’d say pullet. Google “Rhode Island Red Rooster 6 weeks”. You will find plenty of pics for comparison.

Ok here we are at 6 weeks old. I’m getting nervous!

At six weeks old, that comb and the wattles says cockerel to me.

Between that and those thick legs I'm inclined to agree. I would suggest waiting another couple weeks though to be sure. My Speckled Sussex, for example, popped a bit of her comb and wattles early at about 6 weeks and then it didn't grow or pink up again for another two and a half months after that.
