4 day old chick with a prolapse?

Chick arrived today from Cackle.
Checked her for pasty butt. Tried to clean her up but not everything came off. Got called away.
Checked again and this REALLY looks bad.
Prolapse?
The pointy pink part is quite hard and dried up. As is the mass at the base.
I fear it is past the point of any remedy? Should I put her down rather than making her suffer a long death?
Can she be saved?
Looking for answers from experienced folks please.

Slathered everything with Bactrin and going to bed.

I've never seen anything like that.

I'd soak in a warm epsom salts bath or hold compresses on the tissue. Keep the bum cleaned up and apply the Bacitracin or other ointment.

Make sure the chick is drinking well and eating.
