4 different Thermometers all read different temp!!!!!

I am soooo frustrated. I have an incubator that came with it's own digital thermometer/hydrometer (or hygrometer whatever you want to call it) and of course all the literature says to have an additional one as back up. I got a digital thermopro (not sure of model) and temp and humidity read different than the incubator one so I wondered which one is the correct one so I bought another one different brand and all 3 read different!!!! I have now tried over 6 different types and there is no way to get them all to read the same. I even tried to "calibrate" but obviuosly I don't know how to do it even after reading on line and following the instructions on the units that can be calibrated because I can't get it to read the right humidity. Does any one have any suggestions on what thermometer and/or hygrometer (hydrometer, whatever). I am about to start up a new batch of eggs and would really like to get this dialed in.
