4 gorgeous ladies from VA

No eggs yet from my gorgeous ladies: Fergie: Buff Oppington, Saskia: Welsummer, Corney:Cornish Hen, and Buzzard: Americana. They are now about 20 weeks old. Days are getting shorter and plan to put light in coop. Should I already be getting eggs! they are very happy chickens. Saskia, who hails from Hollard is named after Rembrants wife, and is definitely the leader of the coop... very bossy, greedy and selfish.... I like that in a chicken. suggestions to get the eggs flowing???
