Hey I have a question about my turkeys weight. She is a broad breasted white and is 9.5-10 weeks old and is 10.25 lbs. My fair minimum weight is 18 lbs and fair weigh in day is May 21st, so in like 6 weeks. Currently I am feeding 28% kalmbach starter but I just bought some purina high octane that will come by friday. I was wondering is it likely she will reach at least 20 lbs by fair? They get access to food at nights and I have lights on her at night. She was 9.68 lbs last week. We had two days of rain and the roof was crappy on their crate so they had wet shavings for 2 nights. Thankfully no more rain and high winds for me now. I think the wet shaving may have impacted weigh gain this week. So is it likely she will reach 20 lbs (preferably 22-25) by May 21st?? This is what she looks like as well: She has a wide chest and taller frame, with wide set legs.
