*I APOLOGIZE FOR THE BAD PICS: Spent over half an hour trying to get a decent shot w/ a camera phone :(

Here are 4 light brahmas @ 3 weeks old.. I think #s 1 & 2 are roos... would they be taking longer to feather out, & always be in the way lol?? I'd like to know what sex you think they are, and are there different feathering patterns between the two??

#1:

#2: (Sorry for the bad head shots!)

#3: (I think these last two are hens... very relaxed compared to the other two...??)

#4:

I think you may be right but it is still very early to really know.
Cute birds though.

they look more like dark or laced brahma instead of light they have way to much black on them to be light

I think that 1 and 2 are females and 3 and 4 are male... Roos are quite often just as friendly or friendlier than females

Thanks!
I noticed from day one that #1 & #2 WERE ALWAYs on a perch or the first to the food... They are bigger also than the rest...
Maybe they aren't light brahmas??? I am excited to know! There is definitely a big difference in the color of the first two. And a big difference in the feathering patterns too: could they be two
different breeds? (Dark brahma/light??) or do male / female have different feathering timelines??
