4 month old hen under weather?

4 month old golden comet acting a little confused, I isolated her and put a bowl of honey/sugar/electrolyte water down for her, this batch just started giving me eggs! Her comb is down but always kinda is the color is good tho! No poop on her but so I doubt it’s egg block, she did pee I think a little was milky kinda! Any advice?

Is she eating? What are you feeding them? And at night, with a flashlight, look for mites or lice, and treat everyone if any are found.
Is this pullet being kept away from the feeder? How many birds do you have, and how many feeders and waterers? Pictures of your coop and birds?

Hi I will get some pics ! The birds have a 8x8 run their is 5 pullets and one rooster, I’ve been feeding all grain by southern states, 2 water dishes and 2 feed areas! The flock gets along from what I see besides the rooster doing his thing but he not over aggressive! I have been with out grit for a week or so my wife informed me today! Could it be bloat? The weather also been hot/ cold really hot next day
