I have been giving her .5ml of the selenium and vitamin e past 2x a day and just recently upped her vitamin b complex to 1ml 2x a day as suggested from another user on here. She eats and and drinks very well still on her own. It doesnt seem as servere as some other cases I've seen but she does hold her head down with a straight neck and get the backwards tilt zoomies and shakes her head while doing it.
I have isolated her in her own brooder for now but i know she is lonely.

Is there anything else I should be doing for her? Should I take her off the medicated feed? Is there anything else I can give her.

I have a silkie chick with neurological symptoms. Also doing the B +E treatment. It's frustrating to not see progress, but let's stay the course! And I agree with @MarlaMac; if her brooder mates aren't hurting her, put her back in. My chick is fortunate to have gentle(ish) friends.

Vitamin therapy can take weeks to work. Medicated feed can interfere with the uptake of vit B, so you might want to take her off of that.

Also, unless the others are picking on her, I am not sure isolating her does anything to help her.
Thank you, I'll grab some non medicated feed tonight after work.

I isolated her because they were picking on her and she had some naked spots on both sides of her neck.

She loves when she gets to be with her sisters on their outside trips.

Could isolating make her situation worse if she is feeling lonely or depressed?

I took out because I noticed they were pecking at her the following morning and saw naked spots on both sides of her neck. It's been a week tomorrow being isolated.

She loves being with them and gets excited when we take our outside trips but im worried they will continue to pick on her in the brooder

I'd try again (with supervision), and if it's not successful, I'd find a way to make a split brooder with a hardware cloth wall vs complete isolation. Perhaps you could also bring a gentler chick or two over to her side. They really shouldn't be alone unless there's absolutely no choice.

This sounds very difficult to navigate. Hopefully she can recover enough to hold her own.

Be careful giving too much selenium. There is enough with a small amount of scrambled egg or yolk daily. How much E are you giving? 400 IU is what most recommend for wry neck. A small screen, plastic poultry netting or bird netting could be used to make a divider in the brooder.

I've read about that too. I'm using dervet selenium and vitamin e paste .5ml twice a day

Go to your Walmart, CVS, etc. and buy a bottle of Vitamin E (400IU) and B-Complex. Give him 1 vitamin E pill and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily for a couple of weeks. Offer him a treat of egg or tuna to help with the uptake of E.

Please see the images below for what you are looking for. Also please see my notes/information about using Durvet Vitamin E w/ Selenium.

I would not use Goat Vitamin E and Selenium.
You would have to give 4ml to get 400IU Vitamin E and that would put you at 46.4mcg of Selnium which is way too high of a dose. Max Selenium dose is 25mcg for poultry, but it can be toxic in large quantities. Vitamin B1 is also a support vitamin for neurological issues and the goat vitamin does not contain that, so you would need to buy vitamins anyway.

Thank you! I'll grab those tomorrow to see if that helps her at all.
The durvet b complex paste has b1 and b12 in it.
I also bought rooster booster poultry cell but haven't used it yet.
