Hi! I am curious to get some input on what gender these chicks are? Also some key indicators to look for to know what makes the difference between a hen and rooster this young! Thank you!

 
You're looking at comb and wattles growth right now. Pullets generally do not pink up and get large until close to laying age, about 16-20 weeks. If the chick gets big and pink before that it's usually male.
Usually by 6-8 weeks, you can tell.
