These chicks are 4 weeks old this weekend.
Curious if anyone can hazard a guess, they are EE's and Marvelous mixes, daddy definitely carries the blue genes (the EE roo is daddy to them all), so, not sure what color eggs the mixes will lay. Hoping for an olive layer, but, I think the Australorp x baby is a boy.
one on left, from Buff Orpington/white leghorn one on right from Blue EE (she lays blue eggs)
mom is a Silver Laced Wyandotte, I'm hoping it would be a girl, but, sadly, I think this is a boy.
\\same baby as above
this was the last egg to hatch, mom a buff orpington/white leghorn. she's an odd little thing.
australorp baby
better front view of SLW baby
top left is from a Barnvelder color bantam type girl
mom, buff orpington/white leghorn, I was hoping she was going to be a peach color, but, she's/he's going darker . wah.
