4 week-old duckling developing angel wing?

Hi all! I got my first two ducklings about a month ago and I’m just loving them. I‘ve been trying my absolute very best regarding their nutrition to prevent them from developing angel wing, but I’m worried that I’m seeing it in one of them in their left wing. I just now noticed some of its feathers pointing upwards and sticking out like a sore thumb. I’m attaching photos from different angles, does this look like angel wing? What do I do next if it is? Thank you <3 They eat MannaPro unmedicated 16% All Flock crumbles, by the way.

I am having a hard time seeing it very well But if it is as you described then it sure sounds like the beginning of angel wing
Your feed sounds good. I think a lot of time genetics plays a larger role. So now to get it wrapped.

I think it's just the blood feathers and when they get full, they get heavy like that. I'd keep an eye on it though.
