4 week old Production Red pullet or cockerel?

I have 5 production reds that are all suppose to be pullets but this one's comb is much larger that the others and looks red. Is this a cockerel or pullet?

Cockerel, its comb is really large.

Thanks. We weren't planning on having any roosters but as long as he doesn't hurt our kids we will keep him.
