4 week old speckled sussex has barely grown

Her body hasn't grown, but her wings have. She eats and drinks regularly although she is extremely lethargic. She is half the size than the other ones her age

I had a Cochin chick like this, except it never even grew that much wing. It’s called “failure to thrive” from what I’ve heard. Unfortunately mine ended up passing away at about a month old

I honestly don’t know! I didn’t find out what it was until I did some research on what it could be Until it was too late. I hope someone else responds!!
