Anyone ever price one of there for a coop?

I just turned a semi trailer into one. Pretty much the same thing but with wheels. Works great.

From articles I have read on them in the past, you can expect to pay around $2000 for them. But that's all I know.

They run 1700.00 here in southeast texas and you have to pay 500 or more to get it trucked to you.

You have to make sure they are blocked up off the ground cause the botton will rust over time, i have 5 conex boxes and i love them for storage, but if they were used for chickens i would make sure it was only in the winter cause they get vere hot and they hold the heat because unlike a regular truck box these things are made of heavy iron.

If ya get one make sure it is put where you want when they drop it off , cause ya aint gona move it with just a tractor.

I've heard of them selling for a little more than scrap weight with damaged doors. I believe $2K+ is for ones that still are water tight.(shipping grade)
