40% ?!?!

so i was at the feed store, and being the generally inquisitive fellow i am, decided to check the protein content in a bunch of different feeds. Fish pellets are 40%! Has anyone tried mixing this with game bird starter for poults?

soybean meal is 40 percent protien. thats what is in alot of feeds to boost protien. how much to add i have no idea.
