42 eggs due tomorrow

Well we have 42 eggs in the new bator and the hatch is set for tomorrow... so far three already have small cracks which makes me happy to see.
Sometimes you wonder if any will make it.. I never candled any this time.. just checks the temps and hum, and left them alone.. It will be interesting to see how many we get.. I will see if I can get pics this time around

Since we already have 70 chickens I would have done around 15 but my husband never does any thing in small measures lol.It holds 42 eggs so he filled it up. Oh well..I work 6 days a week and he does the chickens so I guess if he is willing to clean for that many it is fine. The biggest problem is only 50 lay.. 20 are having a free ride because he does not have the heart to do them in.. It is interesting how mother nature takes care of them tho.. They have a nice warm coop to live out their old days. I hope that I get to be so lucky lol.

6 little ones born.. mothers are rirs and triple sex and the dads are rirs... ten eggs pipping and still more to come.. One big guy did not make it.. he was so big that he had no darn room in his shell to move and he was trying in the night during the four hours I managed to sleep lol I spent the rest of it watching them hatch. Anyways the boy guy did not make it.. I think he was a rooster by the size of him tho .Boy it boy..it sure can be fight for some of them. Others seem to do it so easily.
