I have 11 day old goslings in a pen in my garage tonight...... there are 12 now and i HAD to get them out of my kitchen!! It is suppose to get down to 48 degrees tonight and i have a 60 watt bulb in a clip-on lamp over them... do you think they will be warm enough???

To whoever answers my question---THANK YOU!

I would probably go 100 watt to be safe, and make sure the pen has solid sides even if it's just cardboard taped to the pen to hold the heat in

I would think that as long as you have a way of trapping the heat from that light bulb they should be fine. Right now it is 20 degrees here and my week old silkies have been in the coop for a week with a 175 watt bulb over them. Not sure if this helps or not
