4H demonstration

Every year we have to do a demonstration related to one of our projects for 4H. Last year, I did making a homemade haybag for my horse project. Any ideas for one this year related to chickens? I want to do something hands on with my chicken, preferably my naked neck, Fergie, just to freak out my 4H leader, but I also have some more "Normal" breeds.

Maybe you could demonstrate how to hold a chicken properly or show them the different parts of a chicken? Just some ideas. I was in 4-H and we had to do demonstrations too. I talked about my dog's breed, a Bichon Frise. Maybe you could do that with your Naked Neck.
