So I have raised meat birds before no problem, but I've never done it for sale before. From the time the come into the feed store to the time of the sale they would be 12 weeks old. I've always raised to 8 weeks but that won't be possible this year. Is this an okay amount of time? Also how much would I feed them daily so that they have optimal growth without growing too quickly?

It depends on your fair. Our fair says birds under 12 weeks. Start with your normal chick starter than feed a lower. Protein grower around 16 percent. Make sure your 4H kid gives the birds exercise just walking around them forces them to move around. We get out fair market birds next week.

I don't think we have an age limit. I am the 4H kid so I can do this lol. Thanks for the advice.
