5 ‘chicks’. One faint rooster crow-help?

I am raising 5 new chicks this year-got them on May 6th, ‘22. So, 3 1/2 months old or so. 2 Easter eggers, 2 color packs, and supposedly one dominant copper, although it looks like a barred rock now. We hear a faint crow in the morning but haven’t been able to catch it in action. Which one could be the cockerel? The copper/barred is big, was a little more aggressive as a smaller chick, so guessing that is the one bit want to be sure. Seems obvious, the big one with the big feet? Anyone out there that can confirm from the pics? Thanks!!

Thanks for the quick responses!! How can you tell so quickly, and that the others aren't? I appreciate the knowledge moving forward. I have 4 mature chickens also between 2 and 7 years old so, if the rest of my chicks are really hens, would it be a good thing to keep a rooster?

It helps when you have raised chickens, and have had experience with sexing chicks/chickens . And the rooster thing is up to you. I love having roosters! They can be good flock protectors. Just make sure he isn’t mean.

I would say the barred based on the color of comb and the size of wattles. I’m on my phone atm so can’t see the saddle area well, but those feathers may or may not have started to come in.

When viewing a bird from the side and their tails are down and relaxed, the pullets saddle area sort of look like backend of an Elizabethan era gown. The cockerels don’t get that look.

Seems pretty docile so far. May be a keeper! I guess I was getting at what specifically about the picture gave away that he is a cockerel? Doesn't seem to have the tailfeathers yet, and some of the others had the comb and wattles. Besides that he is bigger than the rest, and definitely was more aggressive as a 2 week old. I vote on keeping the rooster. It can possibly bring some difficulties, but definitely worth it for the possibility of chicks. And flocks are happier with a rooster.

The waddles and comb are signs. But the blue circled area is telling as well. These are saddle feathers. Where hens have a smooth transition to their tail, roosters will have these saddle feathers that lay to the side to accentuate the tail feathers.
