5/12 hens have a bald spot on there head!?

I have 4-5 hens with bald spots on there head. I know they dont have mites. I give them checks once a month, and dust 3 times a year. There all in the same spot, right near the comb. They dont free range, but they have a run. So aggression toward each other beside at the feeders. once of my barred rocks are going through a molt though because she stopped laying her feathers are rough looking right now and shes got pin feathers going in. But whats up with the others? im getting 5-8 eggs a day from 12 hens, but I dont think all 4 are molting.

Do you have a rooster, alot of times a rooster will grab thier heads during mating. Other possibility are that they are peck at eachother or a moult!

no I just got a rooster 5 days ago. and they had them before him.
