5 and 7 year old hens

Hello everyone, while I've been non-existant on the forums I have been quite active with my hens and general life. I will soon be moving to southern New Mexico (from Denver, CO) and since we'd like to get 'boots on the ground' and rent down there for a little bit before buying our next home... I can't take my hens with me. I'm looking to re-home a 7 year old black cochin, a 7 year old buff orpington, and a 5 year old Rhode Island Red. Of course, all three are past laying age, but they sure do like to pretend! They have such amazing characters and are such a treat to watch. I've included some pictures, 2 of the black cochin in an attempt to catch the GORGEOUS colors in her plumage... *sigh* SO dreamy... Wish I could take your girls, but I'm in TX! I took the liberty of alerting folks to your request in the "Where are You?" thread (under 'Colorado')---not much activity on that site, but hopefully someone in your state can give your girls a good forever home.

Hello again!
The flock is healthy and pest-free, they've been allowed to roam our backyard for the last 3 years but are also used to a smaller run. I will also be adding layers to my 're-home' list when we get closer to the closing date on our Denver home so please help me find a home for these lovely ladies! Maybe you want a whole flock that already knows each other- that could be arranged!
