5 day old chick doesn’t want to lay down

We just brought home some baby chicks last night. One seems to not want to lay down, not that active but has drank, just not 100% if he has eaten. Any clue why she’s not laying down ? Something hurt ? Thanks !

How is your chick doing?

Photos of the chick and your brooder setup may be helpful.
What's the temperature of the brooder on the warm and cold side?

Check to see if the vent is pasted over. If you have any Poultry Nutri-Drench give her 1-2 drops twice a day, see if she perks up.

Were these chicks from a feed store or shipped to you? Sometimes they suffer from shipping stress and can be weak and lethargic. Unfortunately, some don't make it no matter what is tried.

Are you leaving a light on 24/7 or making it dark at night? What are you using for heat?
