5 day old chick panting and tail/vent area pulsing

This chick hatched Friday and was doing well. Last night I noticed a lot of poop and cleaned area well. It was back again this morning and cleared again. She is panting and her little body is like pulsing. Vent area seems to be contracting. What is this?

Not an expert by any means but is the brooder to hot? Usually when they pant it means they are hot or need water

I thought that too so I moved the heat lamp and checked the thermometer. It should be fine. The other two chicks are ok.
