Hello all,
My husband, girls and I are new chicken owners. We have five Rhode Island Reds (F) and one bantam (M). We love to garden and enjoy being in the yard so we thought we would add a few new friends to the mix. What we did not count on was the male chicken. If there is anyone out there interested in a eight week old male bantam we would be happy to rehome for free. He is mostly brown with some black markings on his wings. He has already become quite possessive of the five ladies. Unfortunately he is becoming aggressive with my seven-year-old.
