5 week old chick needs help!

barnyard mix, but most feathers are black. Almost half the size of other 6 chicks. spends time away or alone. Walkes slowly, labored breathing, mouth not open but wings move with exaggerated movements for each breath. respirator symptoms started today, but lethargy and speed has been noted for 3 days, size has been noticed for about 1 week. no other birds are exhibit the same symptoms. No other signs of trauma that we can tell. been eating chick starter, with small grit mixed in. Does drink water from feeder. We have pine shavings so haven't been able to tell fecal mater. But vent is clean. Started pulling bird to feed from hand morning and evening. Bird eats every time. Put back in brooder to give water. Would like to treat at home as we can't go to a vet. All birds are in a medium size cardboard brooder with pine shavings and a brooder plate for heat. There are 6 other chicks.
