Not the greatest pics, but any help identifying gender would be greatly appreciated. They will be 5 weeks old by Friday 5/8

The pictures aren’t clear, but these white leghorns look like pullets. Maybe they are young roosters, idk 😐.

Thanks all! I will try to get better pics tomorrow. I'll need to recruit my daughter to hold them as I take pics.

Ya pics aren't the best but from what I can see they look like all pullets

I don't know, you guys.. the bird on the left in the top pic looks like a cockerel to me. I'm still learning, so educate me. It looks like it has more comb than the bird on the right in the same picture. Am I wrong?

I think it has more to do with color than size. My first rooster was a leghorn, and at that age, his comb was already very pink. It was pretty obvious when compared to my leghorn pullet.

I have White Leghorns and my advice is wait. Because the hens have combs that would put most cockerels to shame. In my experience you can't sex White Leghorn chicks with any confidence by the size or redness of their combs. I've got it wrong before when the difference in comb was a lot more obvious than these. You may get the pullets right, but it's likely some of those you think are cockerels are in fact pullets. I ringed the one with the biggest redest comb (from a hatch of 12) at six weeks to keep for breeding. Turned out to be a pullet!
