Chirping

Video:
Fed 18% starter/grower. No treats except for occasional cooked egg. Hatched from shipped eggs from meyer with 4 Buff Orpingtons. BOs have normal feather development.
Both 5 wk old BAs only have a couple of feathers on each wing and their down is thinning. They look like they are balding. I don't believe these feathers have come in and been removed/fallen out. I believe they never came in, but i could be wrong. AFAIK poops look normal. They are eating and drinking normally. Their first week was on magic water. Gave occasional ACV up to 2 weeks old (but haven't since). At 2 weeks old they started getting limited grass time (and some grits w/ probiotics but probably not enough).
The buldge seems like it is coming from the crop. I massaged the crop and the buldge went down some. Maybe crops normally look like that but aeen't seen because of feathers usually onscurring them?
Since their combs haven't turned red yet i am guessing both are females but I know male BAs feather more slowly. But my 3 month old cockerel BA feathered in much faster than these. That makes me think it isn't just a case of males feathering in much slower. I am stumped.
