5 year old hen - Not doing so great

We have a 5yr old hen named Mouse who is a Bantam Cochin/Silkie mix. She hasn't been doing so great the past couple days which is odd because I've checked her all over and no injuries or anything at all.
She's just been wanting to stand in one place all day and looks like she's sleeping the whole time, which isn't normal for her at all. She normally chases the younger birds, steals from the others, and basically does chicken things.

I'm worried because she's my favorite hen due to her always raising whatever chicks we get every year. I gave her some nutri drench earlier directly but that didn't seem to help since she's still wanting do nothing.

Anything that might help her??

Yes, and its been normal poop. Yes, it does. Its slightly full at night and empty in the morning

Right before winter.

Can you try to get her drinking fluids, and offer some cooked egg with chicken feed? Some like a little moistened. More Nutridrench today may be helpful.

She's been drinking water fine actually
I'm leaving for work in a few minutes to cover a shift so I won't be able to give her the cooked egg with chicken feed.
