5 yr old sick hen

One of my girls just sits with head looking so far up she falls over. No balance still tries to eat and has lost weight. Very sick. Any ideas??

Sounds like wry neck. It can be caused by vitamin deficiency, disease (like Marek's) or injury. You can supplement Vitamin E and selenium to see if it helps. Here is more info, also a video showing how to help them eat and drink, which may be necessary :

Picture maybe? She might be vitamin deficient, which causes weakness. I've had a hen who seemed to not be able to stand for days and I began to think she was paralyzed, but after giving her almost around the clock care she got well again.
