Hi all
I have incubated about 30 eggs and only 20 hatched is this normal? Should I wait for all of them to hatch?

They should all hatch within about a day of the first and last one. I believe. Some people only get like half of their eggs to hatch so I think that is pretty good.

My first batch of seven hatched all using a Brinsea Eco mini. I got a FI circulated air incubator and I had low hatch rate of 30% after three batches. The last batch were 65 quail eggs and only 5 hatched. I am getting a bigger Brinsea incubator for better hatch rate.

Usually they should hatch around 21 days from being set, but can hatch from anywhere between 19 to 25 days (this is with chicken eggs) depending on hatching conditions, breeds and even specific eggs. Have you tried candling the ones that haven't hatched yet? Any signs of life in there? At this point they should be pretty dark except for the air-sack, but you should be able to see some movement.
