My boyfriend's father has been breeding several colors of canaries for a few years now. His health has been declining as of late and he can no longer take care of them. He is willing to give them all away for free or whatever he can get as he tried selling them to no avail. He is having surgery in early June and I would really love to get this problem taken care of for him so he does not have to worry. We are in Central/Southern New Jersey and anyone who would be interested please respond to this or PM me for more information. In addition, I am completely clueless as to shipping these birds if anyone out of the state is interested. He expressed concerns about them dying during shipping and that the costs would be too high, as he had people interested that were out of state in the past.
