These are pure Ameraucana blue hatching eggs from 3 black roos, 3 blue roos, 1 splash roo and 15 hens - 7 blue hens, 2 splash hens blues and 6 black hens, these are NOT Easter Eggers. (eggs are a beautiful light blue - hard to get good picture of the color)

They are free ranging chickens and sleep in their adjoining coops each night. They roam the property together, are in excellent health, are quite pleasant and friendly and the eggs they produce are simply gorgeous - they are the most beautiful blue eggs!

We have loving cared for these birds, fed them an organic (NOT certified) diet, we have not lost any to injury or illness and they have 100% proven fertility.

Here is what the expected ratio would be for the hatching chicks based on the above grouping that we have free ranging together.

Black X Black = 100 % black

Black X Blue = 50 % black, 50% blue

Black X Blue = 100% blue

Blue X Splash = 50% blue, 50% splash

Splash X Splash = 100% splash

Blue X Blue = 50% black, 25% splash, 25% blue

The pictures of the birds in this auction are the actual breeding birds the eggs are coming from. They are our birds, not internet photos. We are members of the Ameraucana Breeders Club and pride ourselves on our gorgeous, well tempered birds.

The hens have adorable muffs and beards, tiny pea combs and no waddles.

We have been waiting to list any of the hatching eggs for sale because we wanted to make sure they were fertile, so far 100% fertility, and producing nice, healthy birds. We will safely package the eggs to get them to you quickly and safely*. We will add extra eggs to each order to try to get you a 100% hatch rate. We collect the eggs twice a day and are they turned morning, noon and evening (eggs should be turned an odd number each day so there is no chance of eggs laying on the same side).

*While we will do our very best to get them to you safely. They will be double bubble wrapped, packed in a secure, cozy egg carton that will be resting on peanuts and / or air cushion. We will treat them as if they were our babies, (well because they kinda are in a non crazy, I care about hey they arrive sorta way) we CANNOT guarantee what will happen to them when the post office takes control of them.
