6 Hatched and 2 still to go. What should I do? Advice please.

I opened all 3 today and they were dead

I think I drown them.

None had broke through the air sac, all had absorbed the yolk (although I could still see varying stages of it). I don't know how much fluid is suppose to be in with them but it seemed like alot. Wish I had payed closer attention to humidity. I guess more is not always better. I didn't want any shrink wrapped. Well they weren't they were drown

How long is it that they break through the air sac to hatch, usually of course. Anyone know?
